Kid’s after school Juice Drink

Even after school, they still need to learn!  My 2 grandson's like this.

Add this to your juicer:

  • 1 – 2 inch slice of watermelon
  • 1 – 2 inch slice of cantaloupe
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 2 – strawberries
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 – slice of pineapple
  • A handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 – slice of yellow squash

Makes 2- servings

Serve this to your kid's everyday and they will expect it everyday!

Juice Drink for the Man

Some women seem to like this also:

Add to your juicer:

  • 1 – leaf of red cabbage
  • 1 – leaf of kale
  • 1- slice of avacado
  • 1- slice of red bell pepper
  • A handful of mixed berries
  • 1 – 2 inch slice of cantaloupe
  • 1/4 slice of kiwi
  • 1- 2 inch slice of watermelon
  • 1/8 cup of orange juice

Makes 2 servings

Lady’s Love Juice Drink

My wife loves this:

Add to your Juicer:

  • 1/4 of a banana
  • 1-slice of cucumber
  • 1-slice of yellow squash
  • 1-slice of tomato
  • 1/4 slice of radish
  • 1 – 2 inch slice of watermelon
  • 1 – 2 inch slice of cantaloupe
  • 1 -  peeled tangerine
  • 1 -  handful of mixed berries
  • 1/8 cup of your favorite juice

Makes 2 servings

With all of the different diseases going around and the way the economy is, if you think about it, medicines, prescriptions and Doctor's visits are expensive.

Good Morning Juice Drink

Waking up in the morning never felt better!

In your juicer add:

  • 1 leaf of red cabbage
  • 2 – 1/4 inch slices of organic cucumber
  • a handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 good slice of cantaloupe
  • 1 slice of watermelon
  • a handful of mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon of flax oil
  • 1 peeled orange

Makes 2 – servings.

Organic Fruits and Vegetables

Buying Organic fruits and vegetables, is the same as buying a better juicer or blender. They cost more and are well worth it.

You should always buy organic fruits and vegetables when you can!

The difference being is that organic foods are grown without the pesticides and chemicals, otherwise, you must be sure to wash and clean your fruits and vegetables.

The whole purpose to juicing is to be safe and stay healthy!!!

 

Juice Berry Drink

Berries are cool. In your juicer add:

  • handful of blueberries
  • handful of blackberries
  • handful of raspberries
  • 5-strawberries
  • handful of spinach leaves
  • handful of cabbage
  • 4- 1/2 inch slices of cucumber
  • 2- carrots

Makes one serving.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Add to your juicer:

  • 1- peeled orange
  • 1-apple (whole)
  • 1- banana
  • a handful of spinach leaves
  • 2-slices of squash
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2-carrots
  • 1/8 cup of semi sweet chocolates

This is a Smoothie Delight!

Smoothie – Chocolate Mint

In your blender add:

  • 4-scoops mint ice cream
  • 1-banana
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2- tablespoons of protein powder
  • 2- good squirts of hersheys choclate

Top it off with cherries and whip cream!

2-servings

Smoothie – Sweet Potato Style

For a healthy dessert:

  • 1/4 cup of cooked sweet potato (cold)
  • 2/3 cup of yoplait creamy vanilla yogurt
  • 1-tablespoon of honey
  • 1 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

Blend this together for 2 servings.
